It’s impossible to go hungry in the island paradise of Trinidad. Come to our favorite spot to taste some, in the parking lot of the expansive Queen Park Savannah which transforms into a lively fair with food vendors and occasional live music in the evening you’re never far from any of them, some you can find delicious versions of each. A mixture of corn, channa, pumpkin, dumplings, whatever the cook has decided to throw in, corn soup is served street-side in the park, our cost includes corn soup, doubles, meat or veggie mini roti, phoulorie, ice-cream and a taste of Trinidad fruit punch(eg. Barbadine, and soursop) in the cost. On our way to the Hotel, we go to the street of Port of Spain to visit, Aripita Avenue which is known as the Restaurant Street of Trinidad. Great local food and fantastic facts about Trinidad!
Thaint_E, 24-12-2021
Loved having my first taste of doubles and other local food. Nick was amazing and so knowledgeable about everything. He really was also such a gentleman and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met and my questions answered. He is crazy knowledgeable about everything Trinidad and gave some really cool and fun facts about music, culture, and food. Definitely a tour not to be missed!

Wonderful experience! Gerald took us to local spots and we experience some of the best local cuisine and learned about the city.
Tasty and Fun

We had a fun, tasty time on this tour. We were picked up at our hotel and given a quick little tour on the way to the Queen's Savannah Park. There we perused the food stands, active even on a Sunday night, and tried doubles, corn soup, and exotic fruit smoothies. Then we checked out a couple other nightlife streets and got hot roti and guinness ice cream, before returning to our hotel. The guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and let us direct where to wander and what to try. I imagine there will be even more to try after things open up more from Covid restrictions, but even now there was plenty of good food to try.
